The Indian One-Day team has an new skipper in Mahendra Singh Dhoni.Dhoni has been appointed as the captain of the ODI team for the first three matches of the seven-match series against Australia starting later this month.On Friday, the BCCI issued a press release in which Rahul Dravid was quoted as saying that he no longer wanted to lead the Test and One-Day team. Therefore the elevation of the wicketkeeper/ batsman as ODI skipper was not one of choice but the selectors were forced to take the decision after Dravid decided to quit.
