At a recent conclave BJ Panda, Orissa MP observed Italian proverb advocates change of politicians as fast as underwear.
 
Today world’s most incompetent PM announced plans for “Mapping Minorities”. He is reluctant to provide credit to farmers, poor and SME, on 1% of GDP on health and 2% on education that too is largely accessed by affluent and middle class. Tsunami affected are selling kidneys to survive that was result of failure of GOI institutions to give advance warning.
 
Public should be so active and agile as to change the politicians like underwear before it sticks. But Indians don’t change politicians even if underwear turns a bulging diaper.
 
That’s how we have corrupt and incompetent leaders and government because we don’t even want to throw out even the most corrupt, crook and incompetent.
 
We still have Badal and Amrinder, Mulayam and Manmohan, Vajpayee and Bhudhdev, Jaya and Karunanidhi, Patnayaks, Lalus and Nitish, Modi and Vaghela, Pawar and Deshmukh, in political business for 3-4 decades.

Indians “Re-Use” discarded diapers; we have defeated them on many occasions and instead of flushing them into drains Indians leave them for some time to dry up and use them again.
 
Many a time used and dried up diaper are put on spouse, son or daughter and let it remain in the family.
 
Badals and Amrinder are some of the most over used diapers and people know every time they put on old diapers they are already stinking, they get rule of corrupt and criminals from day one- all we need is just recollect the past and reject them..
 
India has huge population and very good replacements for all stinking diapers. In fact we should select only the fresh and spotlessly clean politicians in first place.
 
India must evolve system of constantly tracking politicians, subject to constant examination and not just defeat them after five years term but put them in jail immediately on finding first evidence of corruption or incompetence.
